Chris Deschenes, the Chief Executive Officer at Kalamint is a South Carolina resident, a former Marine of the US Armed Forces, a graduate of the EBV program at Syracuse University in New York and an entrepreneur at heart.

After completing two back-to-back combat tours to the Middle East, Chris embarked on his entrepreneurial journey as a SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) owner. Having seen the need for a financially borderless world during his deployment, Chris fell in love with the idea of cryptocurrency after being introduced to it by a friend. As an early adopter in the blockchain space, he brings his years of experience as a strategist, thinker and an executor for Kalamint as the Chief Executive Officer.
