Executive with 14 years of domestic and international experience in Fintech and Crypto, specializing in spearheading and executing key business plans, new market identification and strategic positioning for startups and growth organizations.

Pei is on the executive team at IOV Labs, responsible for its growth and commercial strategies. Previously, she was Head of Americas Sales at Digital Asset, driving its regional business development strategies and activities. Prior to that, Pei was a Director of Strategic Initiatives at ConsenSys, driving business strategies and building partnerships with a focus on Capital Markets and Payments. Before ConsenSys, Pei served as a Product Manager at Goldman Sachs, working with technologies on deploying strategic technology solutions for the Fixed Income division across US, Asia and Europe.

Pei firmly believes in disruptive technologies and their transformative impact in the global economy and society. Her greatest satisfaction at work comes from developing a forward-thinking product vision and bringing it from concept to reality, leveraging her expertise in product management, business development, product GTM, and investor relations.
