Stephen Prosperi serves as Head of Product Management for DTCC’s Digital Securities Management Platform (DSM). In this role, he focuses on driving the design and development of a digital-first post trade ecosystem for the private markets.

Stephen is also a member of DTCC’s Innovation Strategy and Design team where he has led multiple iniatives exploring the value of leveraging emerging technologies and capabilities such as blockchain and tokenization across the capital markets value chain. Two recent examples include Project Ion – an initative focused on exploring the benefits of DLT in the equities clearance and settlement space and Project Whitney – a prototype designed to tokenize pre-IPO securities. Stephen is an active member of multiple industry working groups and trade associations and is the Co-Chair of the ISITC Digital Assets Forum.
