He is Co-Founder and CEO of idclear, a revolutionary managed and mutualised AML compliance infrastructure that seamlessly bridges TradFi, CeFi and DeFi, and is a Founding Partner of Dolya Consulting, a boutique advisory practice with clients across the financial services and crypto industries. Targ previously spent seven years leading a boutique consultancy in the City of London, helping major financial institutions and market infrastructures – including Goldman Sachs, RBS Group, Barclays Investment Bank and LCH – meet the challenges of market reform in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape. He is an Executive of the Gibraltar Association for New Technologies (GANT), for whom he chairs the Decentralised Finance (DeFi) Working Group.
